After spending four years as a state prosecutor in Tampa, Martin went into private practice with Danny.  Martin then decided to spearhead the plaintiff’s division of the law firm, focusing on auto accidents.  Three years later, Martin doubled the earnings and size of the firm.
Martin is perhaps most well known and respected for the approachability, tenacity, honesty and resourcefulness that he brings to bear on behalf of his clients. A Tampa native who attended the Jesuit High School, Hillsborough Community College, University of South Florida, and Shepard Broad School of Law at Nova-Southeastern University, Martin consistently helps those in need with their legal issues.  Martin is also fluent in Español.
